Wonderful stay

The staff were extremely friendly and extremely efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. We also definitely enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Breakfast had a nice assortment! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Reviews dont seem to reflect the truth

We choose the hotel based on the high reviews but unfortunately the reviews dont seem to reflect the truth. The hotel average, nothing terrible but specifically the room had a very harsh smell, almost like a traditional food or something. Airless and there were hair on the washroom floors. The pillows were very uncomfortable. I guess you get what you paid for. The evening staff was friendly but the morning staff at the time of the check out was very cold. They didnt ask anything (how was our stay? or how was the experience etc.)

This was a great place to stop and rest after our visit to Niagara, before heading into the traffic of downtown Toronto. The suite, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen, was spacious enough for a family. However, the furniture was a bit old, and the mattress was little soft for me.

The property was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. We didn’t have the best sleep as the AC was extremely load when it would kick on. Sounded that the compresser was going. We mentioned it to the front desk and maintenance said nothing could be done.
