I have been staying at this property since about 2003 when we would come in town to visit family, and each time has been fantastic. After a good 8 year gap from staying in this property (not because I did not want to, our folks were coming over to visit instead) we were given a warm welcome back by the front desk staff. The rooms have since been renovated, and are in great shape. Our room (405) was mostly quiet the whole night. The sofa bed mattresses could be improved upon, and upgraded to memory foam just as other hotels use. Other than that, this hotel is fantastic as ever. The breakfast is always delicious, especially the croissants. I always enjoy staying at this property--and hopefully I can return soon. It has rightfully earned a spot at the top of my list of favorite hotels over the years. I honestly owe a lot of my interest into the hotel industry to this property, as I learned a lot about the various suite types from this property. Between the Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom suites, there are rooms to satisfy any group's needs. Until next visit!

Hotel was setup well for Hockey teams, rooms were large with full kitchen and included breakfast in the mornings. No hassles from the hotel staff during our stay was able to utilize the pool and lobby for team functions. Excellent pricing for a group stay. Close to several restaurants and shopping.

shauna was amazing, light up the room each morning when she was on duty, she answered all of our questions and her friendly disposiiton did not change, she is a welcome asset to the front desk team. and she greeted everyone!!!! staff overall are friendly and very accomodating. breakfast tip go early especially on weekends, if you venture down after 830 space in the small area is very limited and they ran out of cutlery had to eat from paper plates. we were there a week and breakfast items only changed the monday, otherwise it was a rotation of sausages, pork or turkey or a veg baked item. great variety for toppings for the waffles and we experienced the monday night mingle that was nice. clean tidy well maintained rooms, housekeeping is very welcoming

Unfortunately, we had a much longer stay, than anticipated, because of a health issue with my husband but the concern and care of the staff here went far beyond what we would have expected. Every day we returned from the hospital, we/I was greeted with a smile and kind word. Our suite was clean and it was great to have a fridge and stove to do our own meals. Kitchen staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again...without hesitation.

Booked through Expedia and got an excellent price for 2 nights - cheaper than with any other site or through the hotel itself. Must watch the prices though as they will go up and down (even by the hour) depending on occupancy. The hotel itself has plenty of parking, friendly staff and is clean and well kept. Great breakfast (included) although a few more seats are needed. There is a good bistro next door which can be charged to your room. Pool, spa and small gym are clean and well maintained. I had a one bedroom suite which was very comfortable and well appointed. Full bathroom with bath/shower, 2TVs (bed & living room), night lights (on bed), full living and kitchen area - very spacious. Situated in a business district yet there are shops and restaurants a short drive away. Airport not too far away but taxi would be a few $$$. Would recommend a car. Very well recommended.

My requests during booking were fully fullfilled, so it was a good start. Room was clean and tidy, good size, exactly like the hotel demo photos. The room looks quite new, so I guess it was refurbished not long ago. Kitchen is fully equipped, got all I need. The double sofa bed is reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was good. There are 4 choices of hot food, scrambled egg, sausage, bacon, potatoes. For mixed fresh fruits, they haves melons, pineapple, strawberry cuts, grapes. Self-made waffle was very popular. There are also good varieties of cereals, breads, and muffins. The breakfast area can sit around 30 people, so go there early before 9am on the weekends to avoid the crowd. They provide after-work snacks from 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Tuesday grill is my favourite, where I could make huge hot dogs. Room-keeping is of good standard. It was clean and tidy every time I entered the room afterwards. The keepers helped to put dirty dishes to the dish washer, and you just need to take them out after cleaned. I noticed that some keepers made the sofa bed with the blanket but some didn't, so I needed to do it myself. It seems that they don't refill the teabags in the coffee/tea basket, may be that's their practice. The pool is small for an adult, so I skipped it. The fitness centre is small too, but got what I needed and it is clean, so I used it everyday. Friendly and helpful staffs are all around, Andrew and the lady at the front desk, Mariem and the others in the dining area, Yvonne the room-keeper, and the maintenance manager... Thanks all very much.

Very convenient location to highway and business park for my business. Overall rooms are spacious, neat and comfortable especially if you need to work at night - no issues with wifi. Breakfast is great with sufficient options for various dietary requirements. The fitness centre is small but available 24h and has the basics to keep in shape. Although limited, there are eating options within walking distance. Staff overall friendly.

-We visited here on a weekend, while attending the CNE in toronto. -Great hotel, nice comfortable beds -Our son used the pull out sofabed, and was comfortable -Having the full kitchen with fridge/freezer is always handy, especially with small children. -Pool was nice -Included Morning Breakfast buffet was Great! (waffles, bacon, sausage, scram eggs, bagels, muffins, toast, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, juice) -location was great right off the 401 -travel time to Kipling Subway station was aprox 15-25min (with no traffic) -rate was good, for summer time, more than half the cost of staying in downtown toronto. -Would return if we were in the area!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with family and we all enjoyed each day.The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen to use. The front desk staff were very pleasent, the delicious breakfast served was exceptional. However the only downfall we encountered was the older lady serving the breakfast. We found her to be rude. On our first morning my son was standing looking at the choices of what was being served and she went up to him and said "what are you doing hurry up and move out the way" when no one was behind him except for me. Another morning my husband and I were pouring a coffee for ourselves and another gentleman was waiting to get his coffee and she told him to "move out the way". We didn't feel welcome and felt like we were not supposed to be eating there :(

Checked into the hotel at night. Went to get breakfast at 7am. Leave my purse on the table & turn around. My purse gets stolen which had my cash, wallet, phone, etc in it. Contacted police who couldn't care less- response was very poor even though they had the video surveillance footage showing clear pics of thieves. Also, I had a tracking app on my phone & it showed where my phone was at. Police didn't respond. Talked to Marriott manager. Did not do a thing except give us his business card. Very bad experience, felt hopeless, & never staying at Marriott. Best PART: the employees knew these kind of thefts are going on there. The front desk person actually buzzed to allow the thief inside the premises.
