Stayed here for two nights in June. Room is very specious and comfortable, breakfast is rich but the best part is the team and the service. Shauna from the front desk did everything she could to let us feel at home. From early check in to recommendations on the area through printing on her own desktop when the public PC did not work. I knew we'll get a yes from here on everything we needed. She was so personal in her attitude. One of the best front desk managers I have ever met. Cheers Shauna !
Very comfortable room, you would never know that the 401 is so close. Front desk and housekeeping services very friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, looking forward to a delicious complimentary breakfast each and every morning.
Very nice hotel. Large suite rooms with lots of kitchen amenities. Nice pool and hot tub as well. Hot breakfast served as part of room stay. Very clean and well kept hotel and staff is also very friendly. Well worth the price paid for the room!
Loud road noise, very poor evening social options. Breakfast items were exhausted by 6.45 am, 15 minutes after opening. Simply put-this is not a good Residence Inn. Try the Homewood Suites one exit down 401. Its much better and less expensive. Being in the area for two weeks I split my stay at this Residence Inn and the Homewood Suites. Every day I was at the Residence Inn I missed the Homewood Suites.
Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The pool was great for the kids and the breakfast was a great bonus. Andrew was very helpful at the front desk for our every need. Shauna was a real angel in helping us when we needed to change our travel plans!!! As this was a group function, the sales staff Chelsea and Nicoletta made arranging the rooms a breeze! This was not my first visit there, and it will not be my last either...Thanks Mississauga Marriott Team!!!
The rooms are not so clean. In my room there was horrible smell. When I asked the front desk, they mentioned that they don't know about this. I asked them how are you offering such room to your customer. They told that they would change the rooms. The other room air conditioning was making cracking sound. I was really fed up by this. The 3rd room was ok which was on 3rd floor
This is my home away from home! Amazing staff, especially Andrew and Shauna! Always happy and kind, room is always cleaned while I'm away and done to perfection! The pool and gym are very well maintained and the breakfast is amazing! I really love it here
This hotel is a perfect place to relax. Rooms are clean and kitchenettes are very complete! I'm a truck driver and i had to take a break. After 2 nights, i felt like a new-me and ready to get back on the road. I've really enjoy my weekend at this hotel and i will recommend it to my people!
Stayed 4 nights here with my wife and toddler son on our first Canada trip. * Good property in a nice locality located 30 mins drive from Toronto city. * Typical Residence Inn one bed room suite, well maintained. * Friendly & helpful staffs. * Free on site parking & WiFi. * Complimentary breakfast. * Noticed that the pantry staffs remove the breakfast from the counter at the stipulated time even when there are guests still having their food & a few filling up their plates. Would be nice if the breakfast counters are not closed when the guests are still having their breakfast, which I have observed in most Residence Inns here in the US.
Residence Inn is one of my personal go to hotel chains. This hotel brand typically provides ample of suite space, free breakfast and good value. Residence Inn Meadowale is no exception. The rooms I believe have been updated in this location. Furniture, bed, TV, appliances all look fresh. The highpoint is definitely the thorough cleanliness- keeping in mind that maintaining a suite is harder than the typical hotel room. One slight letdown is that I was interrupted by housekeeping twice. The first incident is when housekeeping entered my suite without permission (directly with master key) to replenish blanket shortly after checking in, perhaps thinking that there is no one checked inn yet? The second time is a knock around 1100 am when a do not disturb sign is clearly visible at the door. There is clearly room for improvement in establishing some protocols / communications on when housekeeping can and should enter suites. Overall - Residence Inn Toronto Mississauga is a good mid-range hotel that provides clean, affordable, well-maintained suites with decent service.
