By far the best hotel in Toronto, and the best in the world that I’ve been to. The staff are fantastic, attentive, and friendly, especially Chloe. The room was absolutely stunning and clean. We booked this hotel for 3 nights as a couple traveling with a 8 month old baby. Let me just say that it has been an amazing experience all around. The room itself is like a work of art but we also appreciated the sound proof wall and the blackout curtain. The baby slept like a charm each night! The breakfast at the Sakura lounge was wonderful and the staff was so kind to us and the baby, even offering her plain yogurt which was such a nice gesture. We also enjoyed the convenience of going to the Nobu Restaurant which is direct access from the hotel, that was another fantastic experience. Can't wait to come back again.
