I booked through my expedia account for me and my dad, and I added my dad name on the reservation. Somehow my name wasn’t there, I spent 3 hours after midnight in -10 degrees outside because the front office staff didn’t even want to puch my confirmation number! AFTER I CALLED EXPEDIA AND CHANGED THE WHOLE RESERVATION INTO MY NAME so I can get my card magnet fixed, but the front office employee didn’t even want to enter in the confirmation number into his system.
Later the same receptionist called my dad woke him up at 3:00 am telling him your son is drunk and I can’t let him in :D
P.s: I went up to my dad and I wasn’t drunk I have a good relationship with my dad so I really don’t care IF I WAS DRUNK! Although I wasn’t I was just cold waiting in -10 degrees outside the hotel
This hotel is really clean and tidy 80% employees are not professionals and don’t know how to speak or respect customers, they don’t know how to use the system if your reservation was through expedia, because I had my reservation number and ID.
I am really disappointed with the type of staff that are running this hotel with the management not doing anything regarding this, this is the last time I am booking this hotel just because I don’t want any complications from people who are not trained well and do not know how to deal with customers.
I am so disappointed in staff and the uneducation of employees dealing with the system. And the lazy staff that don’t want to puch in 3rd party reservations.
