The staff is extremely accommodating, and very friendly. Not to mention, any accommodations needed - food, self care essentials, etc are a 2 minute walk away across the street. I have stayed here now on a few different occasions, and the experience has always been awesome. Would highly recommend to all, I can’t express enough how great the experience has been, and I’ll personally, certainly be back. If I could give 10 stars I would, it’s an absolutely exceptional hotel.

Everything was good. Free water bottles where provided 24hr. The only issue I experienced was that Coffee machine in my room was very dirty!! This turned me off for drinking coffee at the hotel and made me switch to Tim Hortons!

Only disadvantage the door close from 7pm till after 8 am, so hard to ask for delivery or if you out you freez till the receptionist get called and come to open the door. Positives: Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Negatives: No coffee or tea in room despite a coffee maker. Inability to exit and enter the hotel freely after check in due to there not being a cardlock system, and the night clerk's indication he was only there until 11 pm. Television with 2 remotes, unable to access any channels. More of a secure rooming house with a curfew than a hotel.
