Stuff was nice and friendly we live in Canada. We need warm rooms. First storm I got was cold. Raise the temperature up. It’s still stake cold switch to the next room. Heat was working, but the room was at 65° basically called raised it up. Took two hours to get after 72 basically not happy with her heating system room was nice and clean. It’s still working trying to get up to 74.

Hot tub and steaming room are good. Rooms are clean, towels are crispy clean. The trucks outside might cause noises during night time. Some guests don't bother to turn off tv all night long. Outsude parking is problematic during Friday-Saturday evenings.
