34 floor views were spectaular, but there were cheap kitchen and eating utensils and counter top appliances, not enough knives, no wine glasses, only short drinking glasses, no cereal bowls, only 6 plates (we eat in alot), dirty place mats, no dressers in 2 bedrooms, towels were cheap and well used throughout, bedroom off kitchen, closet used by owner, lived out of our suitcases, only one towel rack, no shelf in shower, no grab bars, only piece of furniture good was the dining table, rest felt like a cheap motel not the penthouse experience we imagined. Upper deck furniture was uninspired, area was stark and we didn't use that area. No cable, only 1 TV througout, only steaming. We didn't feel comfortable because of the obvious cost cutting that was used on this property. No binder with instructions or maps, nearby attractions, shopping, restaurants etc was provided. Only one key fob for the building for 6 people. Parking spot for one was OK for us. Our group has stayed at many VRBO's, this one was by far the most disappointing, the only saving grace was the views. Using funds from one nights stay could make difinite improvements, sad that I have to respond this way.
