Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast buffet is rich and varies every day, though classic dishes are available all the time. Staff is very friendly, hotel or restaurant manager was on site every day so in case of any needs, he was there to help. Restaurant offers good meals also for dinner time. I was surprised that we got a nice fresh and warm tacos even as late as half past ten PM. Restaurant though does not offer drought beer. As someone already mentioned, try not to drink the water right from the tap, if you're not used to it. Hotel offers free 0,3l water bottle each day and bigger bottle for 34 pesos. If it's too much for you to just brush your teeth, there's a convenience store right across the street, where you can buy anything useful. And pharmacy is right besides it in case you are not 'take the advice' person :)
Everything fine, room is big enough with a chair to chill, big beds, everything very clean, food for Mexico not the cheapest but with a good quality...only the rooms to the main street are a little bit noisy.
Beautiful hotel, great staff, just remember, if you are from out of the country DO NOT DRINK THE WATER!!! Other than that the food was great, the staff spoke both English and Spanish, and I was very very pleased with the room accomodations
Our organization hosted a large meeting of 55 people for several days. Since we are based in the United States, we had to do most of our planning via phone and email. The staff were incredibly friendly, quick to communicate, and very patient. During the event, the staff went above and beyond in their service to us. Overall, I am very pleased with the hotel. We have done several events at various Fiesta Inn's throughout Mexico and they never seem to disappoint.
if you like noisy nights next to the highway, go for it. on the other hand, personal is nice as well as rooms and they are very clean. sometimes is a problem to order a dish for soemone like me, who can speak spanish 20 words
The hotel is near the airport and the downtown city, has a nice food and various kind of beer and tequilas, the staff is dedicated and looks for the best way for assist you. The Breakfast there are many Juices and traditional mexican foods, in the dinner you may also try to eat the meat called "la Rachera" so good...

Stayed in this hotel on a short business visit. our security department did not want us to go into Mexico city itself, and booked us this hotel on the airport. so it is security checked! the rooms where roomy and the beds where good. the staf was very friendly and there English was pretty good. we did have dinner in the hotel, and it was really good, the restaurant might have a bit of a school canteen look but the food makes up for it, no need to go eat out.
I lived in this hotel for 8 months hole on a work assignment in Toluca. New, modern hotel. Good breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The gym is good with new equipment. The only problem is that the jacuzzi in the pool area does not work.
We stayed only for one night hoping to get some sleep after attending a music festival, however... 1.- When they first gave us our room, the balcony door could not be closed. After insisting twice for someone from maintenance to fix it, the balcony door still didn't close so we had to put our stuff in the safe. 2.- When we were ready to sleep, we realized there was a party at the pool area right next to our room (until 2am). We were just trying to sleep when some staff member opened our room door and entered almost in the middle of our room! Once he noticed we were "sleeping" in there, he left the room and refused to tell us his name. 3.- The next morning we complained at reception but the ladies refused to give us a discount and merely said sorry!
