Beautiful resort. Wish bar hours and gift shop hours were extended

Beautiful place but we had to leave a day early emergency

Grady pool for the kids. Play area and arcade! Such a beautiful well maintained lawn

Seems like a great place for family with kids. Food options are limited

Very nice property. Could be much better with more concentration on services and property maintenance

Great place. Full of all sorts of activities. Swimming, racquetball, fitness, hiking, etc.

Friendly courteous staff Good food Would definitely stay again

This was our first family vacation with our 4 year old daughter who has autism. She had a blast. She didn't want to leave and threw a fit when we were loading up the car to go home. The pools were nice and the complimentary towels were appreciated. We were able to enjoy the heated outside pool on our last day when the sun came out. We stayed Mon-Thur before Labor Day and the hotel was quiet and not too crowded. Typically the pool only had 5 or so people on it. We didn't try the on-site restaurant because of our daughter but did try the Bayside diner, and they had good cheap food that worked great for her. We did get a pizza from the hotel that was pretty good and ate it in our room. We ventured to Sandusky one morning to visit the Safari but other than that we hung around the pools at the hotel. We will definitely be back again but will try to visit earlier in the summer to enjoy the beach before the algae gets bad.

Hotel needs some updates especially in hotel room bathroom game room and pool bathroom and locker room

Beautiful view of the lake. Lots of walking trails. Indoor and outdoor pools. Hot tubs. My husband spent his time fishing in the pond and off the breakwall.

Hotel nice and well located. Clean and well kept up

Peaceful, great location. Plenty of things to do without leaving the property

Would stay there again I stayed with my sister and brother rented each a room and had a wonderful time.

Perfect for our knitting retreat......many places to curl up and knit. Beautiful views of the lake, good food, hiking trails, pool, etc. we will go back with our group!

I came during the off season, and there was construction on the front entrance and the hot tub, a water main break, and the fire alarm went off. My stay was still absolutely wonderful! The properties were beautifully maintained, it was very quiet, and the staff were five star--attentive, kind, and personable. The food at the Water's Edge was delicious and fresh.

We loved the view. The beds were comfy. There are many things to do on property. The staff was very kind. I can't wait to go back. The food at the restaurant was good.

Our room had bugs on the floor, and the furniture/decor is really old and chipping. The walls in the hall, bathrooms, dining area are dirty with old food splattered on them...along its tears in the carpet.
