Parking was terrible. The bath tub bottom was concave and drained very slowly.

Very loud room it seemed like there was no insulation. We stayed in a room close to the elevator (will never do again.) After 11 pm We could hear the elevator door open and close every 5 to 7 minutes. It seemed like someone was having a party they were going in and out of the room very often We could hear them slamming their door really often they didn't stop till around 3 am they would also walk on the hallway talking on the phone I could hear their conversation. (child support that's what they were talking about at 2 am) I would not go back to this location. I love the holiday inns but THIS ONE IS A NO If you decide to stay there ask for a room away from the elevators and near another family that way they don't put you near people throwing parties at 3am . Good luck!

This hotel needs to invest in new mattresses. It was so uncomfortable we could feel the coils on the mattress.

It was a very nice experience, enjoyed the pool and the lobby. breakfast was very good.

Clean rooms nice breakfast but need more parking spaces

Very nice hotel, we got a suite with Jacuzzi very nice tub, unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub, as it closes at 11PM and we got back to the hotel after 11.

The lobby was beautiful and rooms were nice. The breakfast was great. The staff were polite and helpful. The pool was open and we used the hot tub. The hot tub was not the cleanest. There was a ball of hair and an acrylic nail that blew out of the jets when we turned them on that was a little gross. Other than that we had a good time and the overall cleanliness was good aside from the hot tub.

My friend and I stay here this weekend with our children. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was amazing and the location was extremely close to everything we had planned. If we come back to the area we will stay here again :)

I booked this hotel for the sole purpose of the use of the hot tub and pool while I was in town visiting family. The hot tub was out of service both all day Saturday and the morning of my checkout on Sunday. Also, the pool which we tried to use was so cold we were very uncomfortable and had to get out. In place of these amenities I received coupons for 6 wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. Very, very disappointing and I will not stay there again.

This is a classic Holiday Inn Express. Clean Clean Clean, WI-FI that actually works, HI DEF TV's, and an awesome breakfast. The only odd thing is it's location. Notice that the pic of the Hotel is taken from the side angle, that is because there is a trashy liquor store right in front of the Hotel in what would usually be a parking lot. I guess that might be a perk for some travelers, but I prefer not having to park near liquor stores.

Need a safe in the room. This has become an absolute Necessity in all hotel rooms.

We were heading home from a trip to Michigan and wanted a hotel on the way home, but not too far from Detroit. We were attending the Tiger/White Sox game on our way home. The hotel itself and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only small complaint was that the drain in the show ran slow. But, if we ever travel into the Detroit area like that again, I will be making reservation at this hotel again!

family of 4, very comfortable, clean and spacious. looks new and beautiful. not the best of areas but convenient for food and shopping.

Nice hotel. Just a bit pricey for its location but will proably stay there again.

Stayed three nights at the hotel and found everything to be very clean and well kept. Lighting outside and car security were very good. A very pleasant stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. However the bathroom tub did not drain properly - we did not find this out until the next morning when we were getting ready to start our day.

Great location for America's Great Birding event at Magee Marsh. Excellent amenities!

I was in Toledo for a trade show that i attend every year. This was my first time at this hotel. Although it is a little above my normal budget I found it to me very nice. My mistake was to not make reservations earlier. Two days before i did make reservation the price was 20.00 less then what i paid. Some where it should be posted when this whole time based rate change matrix works. My sending time searching for the best value for me at the time cost me 20% more then it should have. other then that it was a good stay:}

Great value, breakfast and staff.

For us, the hotel was in a great location, you just had to be careful you didn't miss the hotel since it was through a parking lot. We were able to walk to Papa John's for pizza. Our room was huge, the in room jacuzzi was HUGE and absolutely fantastic. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am sorry that you were disappointed. We are working on removing those trailers which will open up more parking. I do hope that you will give us another try. Sincerely, Stacey Wiseman, GM
