Close to restaurants. My room was not cleaned (Beer bottle in trash can) when I entered and the hinge was loose on the door so I had to pick up the door to close it. I reported both items to front desk. The door was repaired the next day, the trash was never emptied.
Looks like a nice place to stay buy hidden issues. Not sure if just under staffed but trash was overfollowing at night check in at 9pm. Had to wait at desk which had a sign that they were off helping a guest, came back and employee just seemed unhappy. Dishes left in dishwasher from previous gurst.
We have stayed here before and it was amazing. This time our room was 2.5 hrs late for being ready. When we finally got in we found food wrappers all under the beds and couch. And In the morning after we woke up I found a used contact lens in the bed. Pools and workout area were closed due to Covid and the “breakfast” was a few granola bars laid out and cups of total cereal but no milk.
Nice hotel for stay. Breakfast could be better. Wish there was more variety. We booked non smoking room. But suite was smelling of smoke. But we got room changed quickly.
The hotel staff was very nice and the full breakfast and light dinner was definitely a nice thing to have. My main issues were with the facilities. The walls were thin and we had one night of the neighbor screaming and cursing about some nonsense. I was extremely annoyed that we went to the pool/Jacuzzi which would have been nice if they hadn't decided to do a chlorine treatment 5 minutes before we got in and they posted NO SIGNS about this. We were in the hot tub for a few minutes before the maintenance guy just walked into the pool area and said "Uhh you guys can't be in here because I just shocked the pool". And remember NO SIGNS. My wife's legs got chemical burns and they were pealing for the remainder of the week. Honestly not worth the money. I've had better stays than this at Hampton inn for a fraction of the price. I was hoping this would be more upscale than it was considering the price and the pictures along with the reviews.
We went to Ohio on vacation not knowing what was about to happen. We woke up in our awsome hotel room to TOXIC WATER.The entire city, and surrounding areas were on complete lock down of water usage. No pools, no showers, no washing dishes or laundry. All restaurants were shut down, the zoo was closed etc.No water!! Although this was an awful experience and completely put a wrench in our plans the hotel staff was great. They put together a completely impromptu dinner party for all of the guest. They were providing bottled water for drinking. They definitely tried there best to make us comfortable in an extremely bad situation.
it was ny firs visit to the Homewood Suites and it was nice and clean with good costumer service
We were traveling through and happened across this wonderful hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.
Great place
Clean rooms, comfy beds. Only downside was inability to get a non-smoking room.
We came down to have my son's 9th birthday party with family and we had a ball, we had pizza and cake and played some games in the room and then had pool fun! The hotel staff accomodated every one of our needs, extra towels and blankets and hooked up a dvd player for us! I would definitely stay there again.
I was just looking to get away for a couple nights and this did the trick. The Master suite had a wonderfully handy kitchen so i never had to go far for anything.
My family and I stayed here for a soccer tournament/league and we were very happy and pleased with all the hotel amenities. The rooms were very spacish and comfortable in a homelike environment.
