The guy at the front desk was super friendly and check in was a breeze. He gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Breakfast was great, the cinnamon rolls were delicious. Nice variety and hot food. Rooms were clean and comfy, only bad experience was heavy footed neighbors above us that made noise all night but not the hotels fault

We had a bad experience at this hotel, right when we arrived. They gave us the key for the room, and my kids always like to open the door room,and we had the bed experience to find someone else was in the room. We received another room ,but we lost our privilege to be in the same floor with other people who traveled with us. My kids and us ,we have been put in an unsafe, unpleasant and very stressful situation.

The room and towels could have been cleaner. However, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The elevator was super slow so keep that in mind if you are trying to use it.
