WiFi was so sketchy, smoke smell in room (maintenance never found where it was coming from), hot tub was down, telephone was nasty & somebodies booty juice was still on the toilet so the room wasn’t clean or cleaned good enough, they charge $200 for LOCALS & $25/ for out of towners…..definitely won’t be returning!

Wonderful check-in experience. Nice staff. The pool is a decent size, we liked the hot tub was close by. Breakfast included. typical continental breakfast. Only complaint was our neighbors (room next door) were def smoking, we could smell it thru the bathroom wall. Overall, nice place, would go again.

I would never recommend this hotel. We booked a suite thru Expedia and was provided a dirty room with a dead bug on the wall, the tub was nasty and the bed was like cardboard. When I asked for another room, I was told they were sold out and they could not discount or refund the room because we booked with Expedia. We NEVER received a call back or message when we tried to reach the manager. Also, Expedia stated there was nothing they could do either. Don't waste your money. There are much nicer affordable hotels in Toledo.

Overall, it was a decent day. We stayed three nights. However, on Saturday night, the pool was overcrowded with lots of kids. In addition, there was a marijuana smell in the hallway for the weekend. Luckily, it did not travel into the room.
