This is a great, boutique-ish hotel. There’s a variety of styles of rooms; we booked one with a balcony and a private bathroom. It was cool, quirky and comfortable. In addition to being well located for visiting Asakusa and it’s sites, the hotel is about a ten minute walk to Asakusa station, which connects you to most of Tokyo via the Ginza and Asakusa metro lines. Breakfast was free, which was a nice surprise, and it’s served in this cute little cafe downstairs (see picture). We’d go back to this hotel!

on our first week in Japan and it was a fabulous stay. Our room was stylish, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean & spacious. We had breakfast every morning in the restaurant & highly recommend it. The staff were all amazing &. The hotel has a small boutique feel, much friendlier than the large sterile hotels. We also loved the village feel of Asakusa & enjoyed exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly, highly recommend it.

Cool hotel with a fantastic location close to public transport, good restaurants and bars. Service was very friendly and breakfast served generously. Rooms were impeccable, functional and stylish. Will definitely go back

A very modern, boutique like hotel located in Asakusa which for me is one of the best parts of Tokyo. Not too many tourist and retainment of some of the older style Tokyo. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel is close to several subways so getting to other parts of Tokyo is easy. We had two luxury suites at the top. Both rooms very nice. Good size and a balcony with a nice view. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. The hotel has a fairly good restaurant and serves a good breakfast. The only let down for us was a relatively ineffective service. Staff was nice, but in some cases a little too inexperienced. Would stay anytime again though.

This was my second visit to Japan and I knew with my older parents, Asakusa was the best place to stay (quieter, more traditional architecture, near great local eats). We found this hotel via reviews and WOW did we love it! The staff is so kind and friendly (and exceptionally good with english), the rooms were a little tight but so clean and beautiful. The shower had exceptional pressure, the bed was so comfy, and the AC was perfection. I suggest getting the option where you get breakfast included as it helps with family members getting ready at different times, the early risers can go down and start eating while others are getting ready. Thank you for hosting us, we are grateful for your hospitality!!

We had a really nice and spacious room 902. Nice terace with a view. Staff at reception was really friendly and helpfull. Excellent location near senso-ji. Only minus; the breakfast. There are 3 choices none of them can pass for a healthy breakfast. We tried it once and went out for breakfast the other mornings. Kitchen staff wasn’t really helpfull to accomodate any minor request. My husband had a runny egg and asked for toast with ir (the standard combi). Only feedback de got ‘we don’t have toast’ (yet one of the menus is french toast so....). On the question ‘can I get a soy latte?’ First quick reply ‘that will cost extra ‘ (even though I opted for the french toast breakfast which is significantly cheaper than the other 2bbreakfasts). Then ‘we have no soy milk’.

Located in Asakusa area which is close to attractions,, large room , for Toyko . Staff helped us locate our lost luggage we left at airport. Rooms were spotless with all ammenaties Metro stop a five to 10 minute walk

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Wired Hotel. We stayed in one fo the rooms near the top floor - a great decision. Plenty of room, balcony and super comfy bed. Loved the decor and gowns. My only quibble (and it is with most hotels in Japan) is the terrible waste associated with the bathroom amenities. I was hoping that a modern boutique hotel would also incorporate less wasteful products, such as I see now in many other similar chic hotels. Maybe a thought for the future? Lead the way Wired Hotel, as you do so well in many other areas and perhaps give us some options to ditch those little wasteful bottles! I still have a 5 star rating as I realise that it is also up to us, as travellers, to be involved in making a difference, not just the hotel owners. Oh and what a shame that Trip Advisor asks us to rate a hotel according to whether plastic water bottles are offered in our rooms! But a fabulous stay in every other way and Asakusa is a perfect area to have as a base with so many eating options nearby and the lovely temple and gardens.

My stay at the Wired Asakusa hotel was great! The beds were super comfortable. The room was spacious, light, and airy. There was central AC to cool down the room. The staff were very friendly and informative. Special thanks to the manager, Engy, who was especially helpful and went the extra mile to have her guests’ needs met. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Tokyo because the hotel felt like home away from home.

Wired Hotel in the Asakusa district of Tokyo is a modern, funky boutique style hotel with excellent, English-speaking staff and spotlessly clean facilities. Our room even had a B&O bluetooth speaker so we could stream music from our phones. Nice touch. The location is excellent, within a short walk of the famous Senso-ji temple, which itself is surrounded by dozens of interesting restaurants. On the negative side, we found the leather sling chairs in the room horribly uncomfortable and almost impossible to sit in. This furniture choice looked like an example of putting style above function. The Japanese breakfast served in the hotel’s small restaurant was excellent, but the high cost of a second cup of coffee was a bummer. We enjoyed our stay at Wired and it would have been even better if the room’s chairs had been good and that second coffee free.
