The room was extremely hot the air condition it was on heat and could not manage the weather internally. No designed for luggage space and was over crowded. We preferred to pay an extra hotel and lose the night. The heat inside the cabins was increibly not ready to sleep. Location of the place is great
Not my cup of tea. Staff not very helpful I try on this experience to make my daughter happy because she wanted to try it.
The staff, our capsule room and the facilities were decent however the guests were extremely noisy. They supply ear plugs however it doesn't help with the vibrations when guests are rummaging through their capsule room, slamming suit cases and shuffling through their things after midnight. The lockers are pretty tight also, but there's more than enough to store your things. You'd have to empty out your capsule room everyday since you have to be gone from 10am-5pm. It was kind of hot however I just slightly left my flap open and it was pretty fresh.
If you've never been to a capsule hotel (I hadn't before this one), this seems like a great one to start with. The staff speak English and will help you understand the rules of capsule hotels. If you're a group, you won't be able to spend any time together in your "rooms", but there is a lounge. Men and women sleep on separate floors. This isn't the kind of hotel designed to spend much time in (and this being Tokyo there's limitless things to do).
Great experience for a first time capsule user. Chose this place for the private showers and it did not disappoint Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
