What to say... Location is great that's about it. Capsule bed is pretty big enough. However, the mattress is as bad as a bed in jail. I have dust allergies and I could spot a lot of dust everywhere. For instance around AC/Vent and on top of each door. Restroom are clean and pleasant though. The dormitory are really loud, Japanese people don't give a fuck about people sleeping, between those who speak loudly at 2am, those who masturbate like crazy all night, those who open their suitcase in the dormitory instead of the locker room. If you want to sleep, DON'T GO THERE. Also, you don't have access to your room between 10am and 4pm, is not really mentionned on orbitz, i wouln't mind if the "lounge" was actually a lounge... Chair and desk are not a lounge, they could have add some couch to relax. Finally the staff is just as annoying as people booking this place, went to get my room at 3.55pm and they said to wait 4pm even though the room was free and cleaned already, so I basically wait 5 minutes in front of the girl which is pretty inefficient. Beware, only one person in the staff speak english, but no surprises here. I won't go back, might work for some.

It was very clean and a well thought out floor plan. The lockers and bathroom were outside of the sleeping area so it left the place very quiet for sleeping. Also, single showers. They provide pajamas, hair dryers, razors for shaving, toothbrush/paste, shampoo+conditioner, body wash, wifi, and maybe some other things I'm forgetting. The only complaint I have is that finding the place took an extra minute...but that might be my GPS's fault.

Clean and perfect location hotel. Two blocks from JR. Tokyo station. Very nice front desk staff and very helpful. Stayed two nights for transion from Tokyo to Kyoto. First night was quiet, second night there were a few women came back after midnight and not considering and talking, in and out for long time.
