WOW!!! All I can say is this was one of the best stays on my trip. The view from my room was incredible. The food (room service and otherwise) was fantastic. The common areas were classy and immaculate. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful. This hotel is within a short walking distance of a bunch of attractions. And, transportation options are everywhere. Subway, connect to train, connect to Shinkansen etc. I ordered the "American: Style breakfast as a room service option and if you choose to do so, bring a friend or 3!

The hotel as a whole was fantastic. Five stars all the way. If i had to pick one negative, it would be the location. It's really not walking distance from the good restaurants and shopping areas. The silver lining is the peace and quiet that comes from being away from the madness that is Tokyo.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I wanted to take my time to write a truly thoughtful and detailed review because this place absolutely deserves it. During my stay in Japan, I stayed at several different hotels while visiting multiple cities, and none of them were able to surpass the expectations set by this one. This was the first hotel of my trip, and it instantly became one of my all-time favorites. The location was excellent, the staff was outstanding, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in my life. Out of all the countries I have visited, this hotel easily offered the best breakfast experience. The views were beautiful, the gym was great, and the spa and massage services were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with incredible hospitality — even walking me all the way to the front to assist with my Uber. Every single detail was taken care of, and the entire experience was flawless. I honestly cannot find a single thing to complain about. I normally do not write reviews, but this stay truly deserved an exceptional one. This hotel has set the bar extremely high, and I genuinely believe it will be very hard for any other hotel to surpass this experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
