We always had great service from friendly front desk staff. We felt welcomed all the time. We felt the room was typical business hotel size (not big) in Japan, but it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient area to go around and has easy transit from/to the Haneda Airport. The staff are friendly and assertive, and the room was clean and easy to use. This is a "business hotel" and therefore I only used the room for sleeping, so the size of the room was perfect.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very small (but knew already while booking) but clean and hot everything you need for a couple of nights. Breakfast was very tasty with a great selection.
