Welcome to Tokyo Shinjuku. These are three separate units (own lock entrance, kitchen, toilet) in this apartment which provide up to 10 people to stay at the same time. If you are traveling with friends and family, my apartment will be the greatest choice to save your travel budget. You will also be surprised how convenient neighborhood is, restaurants, duty free store, supermarket.Please kindly send inquiry for room available checking :)

Well-located, quiet space!

Very well located to the bus station and a short walk to the subway. The stairs might be a bit strenuous for those who have to go all the way to the top floor, but there was plenty of space for luggage.

Perfect place for a large group in Tokyo. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, including a McDonald's which was great for early breakfast while we adjusted to the new time zone. Stairs may be challenging for elderly or young children but my parents (60s) stayed on the floor level which helped, also the main level with kitchen can be blocked off from the stairs with a door. Overall more child friendly than I anticipated for my 1.5 year old. Child seat and potty seats were a very welcome perk.

Great place

Great place to stay. Not to bad of a walk to many places. Only issue is if stairs are hard for you personally. We didn’t have any issue with them but if you older or have very small children it is something to consider.

Close to train lines, great accommodation for our adult family group of 6. Situated on 3 levels via a steep staircase. Asami communicated well and was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the beautiful complimentary green tea, and the apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean.
