Awesome place. The biggest issue we have is that the name says it in maihama station so they can appeal to Disney crowd but it doesn't shuttle there it only shuttles to kaisa park. We went to maihama and then had to walk with luggage.

Very clean and neat. Great service from the desk. Close to Disney Land. Only shortcoming is thath there is almost no shops or restaurants or bars nearby the hotel. And its a bit far fron the subway so u should take uber to reach there. Thank you for the kind service fromt he desk. And there is a Korean staff who helped us greatly. 朝食が不満。 無くなったままで放置されていて待てども補充されず出す気がない、あわよくば出さない方が良いと思っているのか… かなり感じが悪かったです。 伝えてもすみませんの一言もなかったです。 品数も少なく洋食メイン。 他のホテルの2泊目で利用しましまたが ここはもうサービス悪すぎて行きたくないです。 風呂も熱すぎて入れたもんじゃなかった。 他の方もかなり熱いと言っていました。 1点だけ、スタッフの外国の方はとても優しくて親切でした。
