I stayed here as part of a large group for 8 days. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food was of an excellent standard and always well presented. The hotel was very clean and tidy. There was some slight noise from the railway station, but after the second night, I didn't notice it. Only one observation, there was nowhere for residents to socialise later in the evening as the 5th floor was not accessible after a certain time. Overall a very good hotel and should probably rated higher than 3 stars based on the food alone. I would recommend staying here.
I had a business trip to Hitachi Social Innovation Forum. And I stayed here for 5 nights. It's very good hotel with friendly and helpful staffs. Around the hotel, there are many shops, super markets and restaurants. In front of hotel, omori train station with comfortable facilities where you can buy railway ticket to go to anywhere. Or buy drinks from vending machines. Near those machines, there Green Express train office, where you can buy ticket to Narita airport (but you just able to buy it before 24 hrs). In tokyo, from this place, you should take train to other places. Very prominent transportation mean in Japan.
1. Local bus service to and from Haneda Airport to this hotel with cheapest costs. 2. It takes about 40 minutes to and from airport to this hotel. 3. Hotel room is Tokyo standard small but with bigger bed than other business hotel. 4. Located on top of JR station. JR Keihin Tohoku line do have express service to city center. 5. There are few major super markets, a Daiso 100yen shop, countless restaurants and Ito Yokado department store for all your needs.
We were originally booked for the Prince Shinagawa Hotel, so were prepared to be disappointed. However, we were very pleasantly surprise. The reception staff were extremely helpful, particularly considering their limited English. The room was large by Japanese standards, and very clean. It was rather hot, as the AC was either not working or very inefficient. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but the instructions were in Japanese, so we did not realise that we could have used it until just before we left. The location was not as good as the Shinagawa hotel, but it was just a two-stop ride on the train, and we did enjoy the walk to the Aquarium, and Omori Park, where families were picnicking under the cherry blossom trees. And a bonus was the lavish buffet breakfast, which was included in the price.
We need a location close to Haneda for an early morning flight but did not wish to stay at the airport. Omori & the Tokyo Rei Hotel provided an ideal solution. The hotel is of an overall good standard & is ideally situated directly above the railway station, although the signage from the station concourse could be clearer.
This is my first time staying in Tokyu branch hotel. Location is great. Hotel lobby is connected to JR Omori station. The room and price is a little higher than other business hotel. May be, they target more for tourist. Everything is good as it shall be. Late checkout is provide for free if you are a member. You can apply for membership for free. :) The breakfast is good, but some part is not so hot... Another point is the door. They still use the old fasion regular key instead on key card like other hotels.
Small room. But the service and location are a huge bonus. The staff has limited English, but we managed and they are extremely helpful. The Mommy get a free amenity selection and kids get freebies too! We arrived late at night, but was saved with a convenience store and delicious cheap noodle shop nearby. A delightful short stay!
We stayed here for 4 nights and found it an excellent base for Tokyo. Above Omori railway station, safe streets and lots of places to eat. The room was large, spotlessly clean and bed not too hard,,,very firm pillow like everywhere in Japan. Breakfast had a good range of foods and nice fruit and yoghurt. Highly recommended.
the hotel is right above the omori station of jr line, 2 stops to shinagawa. there are supermarkets in basement of this building and cross north exit. many restaurants, cafes in the building and around the corners, our room was big to japaness standard but the price we paid was little too much, 150
The rooms are small but comfortable. Location is excellent. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Two Indian restaurants nearby: Shakti and Krishna. Seiyu departmental store and Atre are next doors. Metro station is outside the lobby. Staff is friendly and courteous. It is recommended for business and family travellers.
