Pretty comfortable. Room had a design that I think you would only see in Japan-sorry, don't have a picture, but imagine lots of plexiglass!

Excellent location, 5min walk from JR Kamata Station. There is a direct shuttle bus (#95 280yen) to Haneda Airport, takes around 30mins to reach the International Terminal. Staff are friendly and professional. The only concern is the small size of the room, around 12sqm only.

This was a great hotel. Great location, super close to Kamata station and next to a Lawsons. The customer service was great, and they can speak English if you need it. The room was clean and modern, I really liked the bathroom and shower. The breakfast was great too! Only complaint is I wish the pillow was a bit better. Would definitely stay again.

Easy bus access from/to Haneda airport. Room is small, but bathroom is spacious for this level of hotel in Tokyo. Bathtub and shower area are separate. Free breakfast for all guests there.

Staff are very kind, nice, friendly, polite and close to guests with smile. It is different from the other hotels. Rooms are very clean and tidy even rooms are not big. Light breakfast is very delicious and rich, even their seats are limited, but guests can take their breakfast back to room for eating. It is their advantages. Staffs are nice and friendly. They serve free breakfast till 9:30am if you want to eat properly make sure to wake up early as there’s only limited seats. The area is pretty close to good restaurants and also to the train station.
