We had a nice stay here in April during a convention, and also a visit to Disney and DisneySea. The location is in a pretty quiet area and was about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and a big mall with grocery and restaurants. The staff was fantastic, gave us great information about the area. They were also a big help on the last morning when we were forwarding our luggage onto our next hotel. There was very convenient free morning shuttle bus that took us to the train station, Disney or DisneySea.

Great hotel. Not close to the train but they do provide three morning bus trips to the train station and Disneyland. They also provide three night trips from Disneyland to the hotel.

Great service by the front service staff, explained clearly the options to get to/fro Disney. Very helpful when we needed advice too. Nearest convenience store (FamilyMart) is about 5-7min walk away, hotel’s lobby sells some basic food stuff if needed too. Took a cab from train station to hotel, which costs 800yen

The staff was excellent! The parks (Disney) were a little further away than I thought but the shuttle service was great. We decided an Uber was best for our situation and only cost about 1,300 yen ($9-$11 usd) plus after a 12 hour day of walking the park you just want to get dropped off at your front door. We had a good experience overall and would recommend.

Basic room nothing special

Nothing close by this hotel beds were hard room look nothing like pictures if you want just a basic room nothing special this is it don’t bother getting breakfast food is the same everyday upside is shuttle will take you to Disney parks that’s it .

Hotel looks good in the picture but the set up looks like a motel/inn, it’s disappointing I’m not expecting it to be like that. Hard to get a transportation in the area you have to walk 7min to the bus stop. Shuttle service going to Disneyland is only around 7,8 and 9 in the morning.
