I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very clean and family-friendly, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay for a family of four. The location is also very convenient — especially if you’re traveling back to Narita Airport, as the T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is just a short walk away. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting Tokyo

Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Special thanks to Yuvi who replied to many of my questions prior. Key selling points - clean and spacious rooms. Free chilled water machine. Washing machine n dryer. Staff assist with luggage forwarding so you don't have to DIY. Bed rails and cot available. Kitchenette was helpful. Staff on site til 10pm so u felt relatively safe Areas for improvement - house keeping cleaned our room but didn't wash the dirty dishes we left in the sink. The wooden cot was too small so my 9mo baby often bumped his head on it which caused some concern. I really dislike hotel rooms that use carpet as you aren't sure if previous guests have worn shoes n contaminated the carpet. This was important to me as my baby is crawling. Not enough hooks in the bathroom and around living areas for bags n towels. 2 very silly things I must point out - the wooden furniture like sofa chairs, dining table had pointy corners which wasn't appropriate for my toddlers. I think rounded corners could be more kid friendly especially since that is Mimaru's target group. The bunk bed had ceiling-height wall shelf and there was a gap between it and the wall. My daughter thought it was a shelf and accidentally dropped her toy in the gap. Unable to retrieve toy Would stay again but maybe a more central location

Really nice area with a train station right next to it. There's also a transportation bus that takes you to the airport. Staffs are friendly and apartment hotel is big enough to fit in 5 or more people.

Location next to TCAT with a 7 min walk was the best - easy even with luggage. The hotel has all amenities needed for a family including washer and dryer at a fee. There was a rooftop which was lovely. There was also a 24hr noodle shop one could visit if you are ever hungry, plus a Lawson’s just around the corner. The best was the service rendered by their staff, especially Sirhat, he helped us with a beautiful surprise in the room with balloons and banners for my daughter whom we celebrated her 15th birthday with. Great chain, will always stay at Mimaru when we visit Japan.

We like that it's super close to the train station, grocery seven eleven, and tons of restaurants within a walking distance. The room is very nice and comfy. The staffs are exceptional.
