The room was bright and clean. It’s a big room compared to the room from other hotel that we used to stay. The bathroom also has laundry machine. The room also has electric stove, toaster, microwave, and a medium sized refrigerator. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect with great amenities and extra clean room! I would have given 5 stars if the attendant was more personable and gave us suggestions on where to eat, convenient store, etc. We had to ask him for information which he then pulls out a map to give us. He should have offered this to us when we checked in knowing we are foreigners. The next day the front desk attendants were very nice. They let us leave our luggage with them after we checked out so we can see more sights. The location was great with subway within a 10-15 min walk and very close to Lawson’s convenient store. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable rooms for our family of 4 and close to supermarket, Lawson, and great restaurants. 10 mins walk to Asakusa’s main shopping street and train station. Staff were friendly and the place was clean and quiet. Truly an amazing stay!

Room was as described. It had everything you would need and even more through the free rental program. No key cards as everything was via code. Daily trash recycle and towel replacement. Best part was definately in room laundry/dryer. It was so convenient. The only complaints I have are: 1. no humidifier. Air was super dry in the room. 2. the AC was either too hot or too cold. Difficult to find the perfect temp. I can read the remote so I am sure I didn't use it wrong.

It was a very good room, very spacious for three of us and took advantage of the washer/dryer to ensure our clothes were clean before heading back to the airport. I’m thankful for the staff, I’d certainly come back

I love that this place is a walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Close to a train station too. Our room had a view of the Skytree tower and it was amazing. The room had a full functioning kitchen, very spacious for a Japanese hotel. It also has a washing machine which we weren’t able to use.

Upon our early arrival the staff were very accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags so we could explore. When we checked in our bags had been placed in our room (which was upgraded). The room was spacious and had cooking facilities if required and a large fridge. The beds were comfy, great shower and fantastic view.The hotel was in a great location for exploring Toyko. We loved it.

Nice hotel within walking distance of a few different train lines. Hotel was comfortable, clean, very modern, and fully equipped, with washing machine in the room. Great for families. However Asakusa isn’t in the main train line of Tokyo. Overall a lovely stay.
