I was very impressed with the hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Its close to the train station with so many little shops and culture waiting to be experienced. They come stocked with a full bar and a food area which is very easily accessible. The staff at the front are exceedingly helpful amd will direct you where to go. The room is quaint but perfect and features many upgrades. Definitely will be staying again.

My room was perfectly adequate for my needs, being traveling by my own many friends suggested to book a capsule hotel and Im so happy to not have listened to them. ICI asakusabashi is comfortable, perfect for us the adventurous travelers who are no longer in “back pack” age, super comfortable bed and well equipped room. Staff is SUPER friendly, service is beyond kind and attentive, I was greeted with a smile every time I walked in the hotel and whatever I needed they where always willing to help me out, not just with intention but giving actual solutions and options to my questions. Breakfast was delicious, my recommendation is to book your room with breakfast included, although if you don’t it is not expensive nor difficult to purchase the buffet. They also have drinks and snacks available 24/7. Above all ICI asakusabashi is well located, only 2 blocks away from asakusabashi metro station which is, at the same time, one metro station away from akihabara and 3 from shinyuku. Sensoji Temple and the National museum are too just one metro station away from ICI asakusabashi and the area is surrounded with cafes, restaurants and small bars, from local and true traditional cuisine to fast food. Also there are 2 seven elevens within steps, where you’ll have access to ATM’s. Keep in mind as well this is a family friendly hotel, all the staff was always helpful with parents who were having not so happy babies. I guess all Im trying to say is that I had a great time in this hotel and you should definitely book it!

Tokyo can be expensive but this hotel is such a good deal at a good price! Ideally situated near metro/subway stations and within walking distance of many shops, places to eat and things to see - I loved our stay here (we stayed 5 nights). The room itself was small but this did not affect our stay as everything was laid out very well with efficient use of all the space. There’s a nice bar/seating area with welcome drinks such as fruity water. As well as this, the WiFi was very good. 👍🏻 Definitely recommend.

The rooms are super modern - obviously it was built a year or so ago. Super friendly staff. Cool points system, when you check in you get a points card which you can use for breakfast or drinks at the bar, snacks, meals, etc. we left with heaps of points remaining. If you want a cool friendly hotel super close to the station this is it. We would definitely come back. These guys are doing it right! Great aircon (it’s summer now). Your room is cleaned everyday. You are greeted when you leave and when you return for the day. We loved it here. Couldn’t improve on this.

All perfect! Good position near asakusabashi station, good room and good staff. Every day you can have some free tea or coffee. The hotel is new and clean and the staff is happy to help you! We’ll sure come back in this hotel

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The nicest people ever. Very clean, very friendly staff. Rooms can be Tiny but we managed just fine. We would definitely stay again. We loved our time in Tokyo and Ici hotel made it even better.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. From Haneda airport, it is around 30 minutes by metro to Asakusabashi Station (JR). The hotel is less than 25 meters away from the station. There is a 24 hour 7-11 just outside the hotel along with a ton of vending machines. Staff were friendly, speak fair English and are helpful.. Even though the rooms are VERY small (you will struggle if you have 2 suitcases), I found it very comfortable for a good nights sleep. The rooms are very well maintained (this is a relatively new hotel) and have all the modern amenities. They provide a selection of free juices / hot drinks for all guests. 10 minute walk away from Asakusa area. Would recommend for budget traveler's who are visiting to Tokyo

From the doors you will be greet by a friendly staff, much more open and and expressive than typical Japanese. It made a great impression on me. The lobby is cozy and nice, makes a bit a feeling of a hostel for youngsters, but it’s really good. Breakfast is tasty and pointing systems helps to not over eat too much, as it mostly happens on a typical buffets. Room is very clean, tidy and comfy! I bet I will be back there during My next travels to Tokyo.

The hotel is a modern 3 star hotel which opened 2019 I believe. The twin bedded standard room was a good size for being a hotel room in Tokyo. (If you haven't been here before please note rooms in Japan are probably smaller than you may be used to). I would say the room is functional equipped with what you need; water boiler, minibar, hair dryer, all bath amenities, robe and slippers (might be small for the taller person). We had a great view to Tokyo sky tree from one of the two windows in the room. For the lighter sleepers the air conditioning might be a bit loud, take earplugs with you in that case, it didn't bother me at all. 7/11 convenience store is to left from the hotel only crossing the small street if you need any snacks or food to the room. Asakusabashi station is a short walk away(maybe 3-5min). Google maps works great to provide you with which metrolines to use. Akihabara is only one station away. In the hotel lobby there is a comp icemachine and laundry machines for a fee(coin). Overall this was a great hotel for us for our 4 night stay in Tokyo to visit the main attractions and do some shopping.

This new little hotel has everything you need for a Tokyo trip. The staff is very friendly and attentive, rooms are spotless (and cleaned/tidied daily), and located in a quiet, salaryman neighborhood near restaurants/ izakayas. It’s a very short walk to main metro lines (Chuo line and Asakusa line, which goes straight to/from Narita in an hour). Other amenities include a cool reception area with outdoor seating to hang out, coin laundry, strong wifi throughout, and free coffee, tea and cold drinks for guests. Lucky to have found my go-to hotel in Tokyo. I will definitely be back. Arigato gozaimashita!
