We stayed for a couple of nights during our recent Japan holiday and found the staff to be extremely pleasant. The room (though small, as expected) was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the mini-fridge and kettle, but would have loved to also have a microwave. One was provided in the dining area, however, so we managed without difficulty.

The room is small and compact. Staff has done a good job. Friendly and Helpful. A good location, quiet and a lot of food options. Only 1 minutes walk from the hotel, a little shop sells ready meal weekdays and it is cheap.

Hotel staff is very nice and help! But the property itself needs upgrades. The room is extremely small, I have spent a lot of time in Japan so I know most of the room in Japan is small, but this one is even smaller for the price I paid. The floor (carpet) was also not clean, and room is smelly as well.

The hotel itself is good, clean and feels safe. They provide all toiletries, from cleansing oils and combs to robes and slippers in the rooms. Rooms are small but that’s expected for the price. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but at least there is a 7-Eleven and Family smart within 5 min walk.

This hotel was in a super calm and quiet area, was great for warming us up to Japan, but also would have been great for the end of the trip. Laundry rooms were easy to use and of great help. Plenty of free toiletries. Lobby has a nice easy sitting area to hang or eat. Very close to Ginza so perfect for shoppers.
