LiVEMAX provides a limited number of dog friendly rooms. It’s important to secure one by calling in advance. We really appreciated this important service at an affordable price. This particular LiVEMAX is located walking distance to Toyosu Park with plenty of great shopping and food options. Enjoy the beautiful city lights walking around there at night too.

This is the first hotel in Japan that I have given such a bad Review. You can easily find a much better hotel anywhere in Tokyo you do not need to stay at this hotel.

Nightmare

Very low quality hotel. I suggest Hotel.com should not put on their platform. It should not be put in the booking advice. The small hotel space in Japan is acceptable, but the cleanliness is very disappointing. The bathroom is full of mouldy smell, and the quilt is not replaced with a cover. It feels very bad. The whole room is gloomy. I think that the chain operation has a quality guarantee, unfortunately it is not correct. I will not book this brand in the future.

概ね満足でしたが、ユニットバス内の24時間換気のファンの音がカラカラとうるさくてベッドにいても大きく聞こえてきたのと、あとは部屋の電子ロックが独特で施錠時にも一定の操作が要る(オートロックではない)のが分かりづらく面倒でした。
