Absolutely phenomenal location and just a beautiful hotel. You’ll never meet friendlier staff either. Right opposite a 7-11 where you could easily get food and snacks, as well as being only metres from the beautiful river you could walk along, made this the perfect place to stay. We had such a nice stay at Tomos. It was cosy, compact yet has everything you need. The staff were all friendly and helpful, more importantly, they speak good English. The only down side is probably the distance to the train station. But this can be easily solved by taking a bus for 2 stops. If you are able to walk, there’s discovery down every corner!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Tomos. It was our first hotel in Tokyo and it was great. We had the family room so it was enormous by Tokyo standards. The roof deck was also fantastic for viewing the lights at Tokyo Skytree at night. The staff at the hotel were all lovely and incredibly helpful. They helped us arrange our luggage transfer to our next destination. We are a family of three with two preteens so having a 7/11 directly across the street was super convenient. It is located about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Overall would highly recommend the Hotel Tomos for a stay in Asakusa.

This was a very nice quiet place to stay at location was easy to walk to the Sky Tree annd Sensoji Temple. We loved 7/11 being across the street. The staff was warm, welcoming and super helpful for directions and helping us set up luggage service. We highly recommend this place as we had a hard time finding comfortable places for a family of 5.
