The hotel was in a residential area. The price was good for what you received. Convenient to the bus, convenience store, and a burger bar. The hotel has no elevator, shower side was about 18 inches tall and a bit awkward to get with the bathroom being so small. There is no breakfast included.

Cozy, neat, and perfectly located. The apartment is small but very comfortable, in a quiet and upmarket part of Tokyo. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

I specifically requested a smoking room (hard to find), the property was very clean and quiet, the staff are English speaking and very helpful. Vending machine and laundrette on site, fresh towels, microwave, stove, shampoo, wash & free toothbrush provided. Highly recommended!
