Service was great. All the staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was more driven towards Japanese food as expected. There was some American type food but the eggs was more watery alright they tasted good. Bedding and room was clean with the bed more on the firmer side. Size of the room was good not small as it accommodated all 4 of us without feeling cramped. Transportation right across of the hotel which will take you to shin-uruyasu station where you can take the train to Tokyo station in about 20-30 mins. (Trains and buses are definitely on time and you can set your watch to it without problem). Free to and from Disney shuttle and transportation to and from the airport (pick up and drop off is at the Hyatt hotel which is next door). Last but definitely not least there is a Lawson on the premise that is open 24 hours with food that is fresh and inexpensive; my husband and son went there everyday at different times of the day (10/10). Definitely recommend not just for the price but for the peace and quiet including the staff helpful nature, and Lawson.

Lots of space in these rooms and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and very kid-friendly. Free shuttle to Disney was very convenient as well. The staff was very nice and always offering to help. Overall a great stay.

This hotel was great. Had a shuttle to both Disney parks and had a great breakfast buffet with so many options. The staff were friendly and was really welcoming, the rooms were very nice and spacious. I will come stay here again the next time we visit Japan.
