Smelled strongly of smoke everywhere despite booking a non smoking room. Staff highly inflexible and unhelpful. Would not even allow a friend to visit for less than 2hrs. Much better hotels in the area for similar price.

Excellent budget hotel, located conveniently between Kamata and Keikyu-kamata train stations (slightly closer to the latter). Friendly and helpful staff, and - as you would expect in Japan - everything is spotless.

The air conditioner works max power to make room moderate temperature and it took a long time to warm it up while making so much noise....as the room is far end in the lobby.
