We did not open the door as the person does not reply in English which hotel stuff does. You need to lock your door whenever you are in the room as the access key is just a regular metal key so previous renter could have made a copy if they want...

Thank you very much for staying with our hotel and we appreciate your feedback. Our hotel is very close to JR, Subway and the Yurikamome Line, that takes about 3minutes to get there. So, many guests praise our location for sightseeing, going shopping and business. In regards to security, we're regret to feel you anxious.
