Orbitz didn't specify that the room I booked was for male only. So upon the check in, they said I had to get the only available room which was smoking room and paid more. Felt like got ripped off because Orbitz already used all of my Orbitz bucks on this reservation. The hotel is more like apartment building located FAR from central Tokyo. Exactly 1 hour from Shibuya station. It's close to Aoto station, which runs by other company that is not Toei Subway or JR, so ended up paying more for train ride. The closest stop is Tokyo Skytree. The cost of train ticket is about 360 yens per trip.
