Bed was comfy however the thin pillows required us to request more pillows for comfort. There were not enough outlets to keep all electronics charged. Room size almost required one of the two people in the room had to stay in bed while the other person "had the floor."
I stayed here for three weeks during my stay in Tokyo. The hotel is located in Roppongi area, but also very close to Akasaka area. Both of those areas have a lot of restaurants/bars and good night life (especially Roppongi). Nearby there are also metro stations with the closest one only some 200 m away. The rooms and the hotel itself are very clean, the housekeeping is very professional and the receptionists know English which is quite helpful. Of course since this is Japan the rooms themselves are quite small, which is a problem for a longer stay since I did not have enough space to put all my stuff outside the luggage. On the brightside, there is also a small fridge in the room, and everyday You also get basic toiletries (toothbrush, paste etc.). You also get a water every day except the full cleaning day (which is every 4th day). Altogether a pretty good three star hotel, it would be awesome if the rooms were bigger.
We stayed here for three nights on arrival in Tokyo. Easy to find after our drop off by the airport bus at the ANA Continental, just a 5/10 minute walk away. Good links to the subway system, with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are small with a double bed big enough for 2 adults, not sure how large people would get on? We only just fit in with our luggage and are both small(ish) adults. Bathroom also small but perfectly adequate - similar in size and design to an economy ferry cabin back in Europe. Interesting to find that all toilets have 'extras', in that they also double up as washing facility. You have to experience it to know what I'm talking about! This review is starting to sound a little negative, and it is not intended as such, but Europeans/Americans/Australians etc. need to know that room sizes in Japan are significantly smaller than elsewhere, and be prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back should we pass this way again.
It's in a great location next to the subway. The room was rather small with just enough space for a bed and small desk, but it was good enough for my needs. They give you a free bottle of water everyday. There's a flat screen TV. Bathroom is super small too. The room and bathroom looked clean BUT the bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor so I had to keep the door shut. I also saw a few cockroaches during my stay, crawling around the bed.
I had used the room of the hotel. The room had all the necessary items. Just a suggestion that all the electric sockets are minus and if you have plus wires then please carry a converter or adapter. The reception provides adapter with a USB port which is of no use to charge the laptops. It has a good size bed for two people, but not apt with a small child. They charge for early check-in so you might as well wait for good time to check in. The house keeping is very fast and efficient. The location is very close to a huge store called Donqui jote. It's also nearby Roppongi Hills and Toraemon tower. The view of Tokyo Tower is also awesome from the area Roppongi. For the Indian guests there is an Indian restaurant called Swagat with good food. It opens for lunch after 11.and is closed on Sundays.
first time coming there werenot mineral water as complementery and next day they only gave me a bottle of water. but this hotel near station roppongi. and also there are 7eleven nearby hotel. staff is very good with english skill
A small hotel located at central Tokyo, room are quite small but consider quite comfortable for a couple, not for family. They have buffet breakfast that served the same thing everyday, at least have some munch before go out to explore Tokyo in the morning. The subway is just opposite the hotel, which is very convenient, and 7-11 is also nearby. There are some restaurant just outside the hotel streets that opens late, but check with hotel the closing time. Overall, we are satisfied staying in this hotel.
Great nightlife location, recommend the weekend because the rest of the week isn't so busy. Centrally located, nice hotel, a bit on the small side, but it was expected because it is Tokyo, Some hotel staff spoke English.
Another small hotel in party district. Expect noise as they build next door, not because everyone is up to the late hours. Perhaps we had been in the city too long, but hotels in Kobe and Kyoto just seem that much bigger and lots of extras are simply thrown in not charged for, as in Tokyo.
Rooms are small but has everything you need for busy tourists who only need a clean & comfortable bed and clean shower. Walls are not very noise proof though, could hear neighbours every night (didn't help that I was there over the new year period!). Also just beware of which APA you're heading to as there is another one nearby with a very similar name. Located close to several train stations and Roppongi Hills.
