Nice hotel. Room was small but had everything you need. Bathroom and shower was a tight fit. Bed was comfortable and loved the Tv position so you could watch while in bed. Having luggage and trying to open it was tough as there wasn’t much room. The mini fridge gets super cold and froze my drinks even at a low level but at least it kept my ice cream cold. Only one elevator for the entire hotel so may take awhile or you’ll stop a lot. Housekeeping was every 3 days regardless of if you asked for it or not but the TV display with hotel information will tell you when it will be. If you wanted cleaning you could put a sign outside on the door. They left new towels and amenities in a bag at your door if you did not ask for cleaning everyday which was very nice. Staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate a later checkout for us for 1000yen. The area around was quiet and lots of local restaurants around. Few bars around as well. I recommend whiskey salon Roppongi about a block away. The subway was very close. We found a short cut through the family mart right across the street so it can get you into the subway in 2 min rather than going all the way around the block. From Narita airport we took a bus that dropped off at the Grand Hyatt which is about a 10 min walk or a short taxi ride if you got lots of luggage. We did the same thing when we left. Overall loved our stay at this APA. So close to the subway to go to things and it’s quiet at night. Would definitely stay again.

the beds in the hotel SMELLED, and pillows had an unpleasant odor. the air conditioner blows directly on you face which made me sick with flu.. the room itself itself also very SMALL..

The property is close to Roppongi Station. It is very quiet, we could sleep with open windows. They have a small restaurant and even a small seating area outside. The rooms are small abut well equipped, you have a kettle and some tea and coffee. The bathroom is equipped with loads of amenities like toothbrushes and -paste, shavers, slippers etc. You get fresh towels every day and bedlinen is changed every 3rd day.

Great location, close to train station and lots of dining options! We stayed at multiple apa hotels for our trip and this one was older than the other ones. The room was clean but had stains on the wall and the restroom had mold growing on the cracks. Staff was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping gave us an amenity kit almost everyday and made the room every third day which was great! The room was a the right size for 2 adults and a toddler!
