The room was clean and convenient, although a little on the small side; which is common in japan. The staff was helpful and polite. The best thing about this hotel is it's excellent location. There's a JR station and a Tokyo metro station available just a few minutes walking. Many of the major lines stop at those stations which makes this place ideal for sightseeing. The hotel has no laundromat, but there is one right next door. The only negative is that the hotel has no japanese public bath (sento); although this might not be an issue for someone who isn't interested.

Despite the small size of the room, it was comfortable and functional. I have no particular complain about the hotel. The staff members (including a clearing lady) were so respectful and helpful to us (In general, you won't expect more than what you paid for). We will come back definitely if there is another chance to visit Tokyo.

Very accessible hotel just 10 minutes from the Tokyo Station. There are multiple konbini stroes just a few minutes away, restaurant options and multiple trains stations (metro and JR). It's in nice quiet area which is very appreciated when you come back from all the noise in the city centers. Hotel was clean and had enough space to put all of our luggae (2 carry ons and 2 25k). They left amenities every morning and cleaned the room every 3 days. I reccomend staying for a comfortable easy stay.

Conveniently located, can easily walk to Shimbashi area. However, non-smoking room still reeks of smoke. A/C is centrally controlled (too hot to close window, but when window is open, the outside air is too humid). Also, check-out is 10am.

Very nice place to stay in Tokyo. It’s a very nice,quiet area to come back to after being in massive crowds all day long. Multiple convenience stores near by, a nice laundromat 3 minutes away and a train station down the block.

I think this is a really good place to stay for an affordable price. The room was very clean and very comfortable if it’s for a solo traveler. A second person can also come along but please note that opening your luggage for any of you westerners is gonna be a bad time since the rooms are small. However you come to Tokyo to explore and travel not stay in your room all day. Overall amazing place to stay and very convenient next to the train
