I stayed for 4 days in this hotel on business in December. First, the front desk lost my reservation even though I made it two weeks in advance. They refused to give me a room and told me that 'no rooms were available' until I found my printed reservation confirmation and suddenly a room became available. The hotel is old and smells musty. The rooms were very basic. There was mold in the bathroom which you could smell. I would not recommend staying here.
this chain run hotel was much like many other hotels in Tokyo with smallish but well maintained rooms and efficient service that was maybe a little too officious. The official check in time is 3pm, as I arrived at ten to three I was asked to wait until the time passed three before I could check in. There are many restaurants in the area but little else and it is far from scenic spots but only thirty minutes door to door to Haneda airport so great for those with an early flight.
little space but very clean and well mantained. cannot complain. nice breakfast and well located. the area close by is quite. nice so you wont get bored. very nice staff people........... I would come back altought is not so special.. reccomanded
Small functional room, clean with 120 cm bed for 2 persons, but a large tvscreen No space for two trunks/ travelerbags, no cabinet or cupboard to unpack the luggage. Rather wornout chair and table as only furniture. Nearly no safety instructions in english Small badroomcel Typical Japanese room for business man or youngster without baggage.
I was trying to call for the booking from the morning , the girl told me to call after 13:00 for english speaking service but when I called again, the man just said "sorry" in japanese language and hang up. Is this a small hotel ? they don't even have an email for contact.
Me and my mom stayed at this hotel for 8 days in November 2013. The hotel is located near the Keikyukamata station with direct train from airport (keikyu airport line), you only need to walk about 5minutes to the hotel from the station. To reach the city we just easily went to Shinagawa station from Keikyukamata station. We were stayed at double bed room with breakfast. The room was quite small but comfortable and clean. There is a tv, small refrigerator, water heater and free coffee and tea bag. The bathroom complete with bathtub and free bathroom amenities. We were stayed at Autumn season so the weather quite cold, luckily there is room heater and the toilet seat can be set in warm mode (so comfortable, right? LOL). And the most important thing (at least for me), there is free wifi facilities in the room and common area. The breakfast was quite good and the staffs really helpful and friendly even they are not fluent in english (but the receptionist staff was quite fluent). There is also a 7eleven and other 24hours convenience store located near the hotel (just a walking distance about 3minutes). If you have night flight, you can left your luggage in receptionist while you walking around and they will happily help to keep your luggage.
I stayed in at this property for one night because I was going to see a friend perform live at a nearby bar. On the outside, the building looks new and stretches up 12 floors. The lobby is simple and small with a two seat sofa and a chair if 1 or two people have to wait. Check in was quick and easy and I only waited 5 minutes or so. Not bad. The property is located very close to Kamata station (NOT JR Kamata!!!) and a short walk to JR. Breakfast was simple and tasty, but not great. Shower pressure and amenities were good and appreciated. Staff was kind to help me find a bar I was looking for but ended up sending me the wrong direction. Be advised there is Kamata and NISHI-kamata. I learned the hard way. Staff was very courteous as what you would expect from Japanese service. The drawbacks were the size of the rooms. I hope in the coming decades Japan figures out that to be on a global standard, rooms should be larger than 15m2. My room was tiny and about 130 bucks including breakfast. Breakfast was simple and Japanese style and that was about it. So, I had an overpriced average hotel type of experience. Not bad. Not great. I would not say this is a 4 star property but I would say it has potential, thus Close but no cigar.
Great staff..young desk clerk was trying his hardest with his limited English and we really appreciated it. He was helpful in getting us a cab and showing us on the lobby computer on how and where was the best way of getting us there..We will be back Everytime we have a layover..
