Service was fine. I got a 2nd floor room, and the hallway was extremely drafty and cold. The bed sheets are clean, but behind the bed there is a strange smell. The room is small but well equipped. You can hear the traffic outside at night. I got a 13th floor room in the same hotel last week, and it was much better.

The location is really good, the room was comfortable enough, the staff were friendly, kind, and very efficient. The only (but not a small) problem was that there was no view from the room window: you can touch the wall of the next building. Therefore, you can hardly tell whether it is day or night. This is a good hotel with an affordable price if you are planning to use it just to sleep. Yet I was going to stay 12 nights with substantial hours in the hotel and found it a little too depressing. I shortened my stay to three nights and found another hotel. I am grateful that I got a refund for the nights I did not stay there.

Small rooms only suitable for solo travelers. If you are 2 , don't consider. But for solo travelers, it's a great hotel, with functional, clean and very quiet rooms. Bedding was comfortable and since the rooms face directly the building next door, there is virtually no noise, so you sleep very well. Location is excellent with direct subway lines to all major Tokyo spots, including the Narita limousine bus station (TCAT). Will come back when traveling solo.
