Hotel was ideally located close to the subway line, relatively quiet neighborhood . Property and amenities were great and the staff was very friendly and professional. However for couples staying overnight night the standard room is ok but for extended stays I would recommend opting for a larger room if that’s available.

The location was very good because it was close enough to Ginza to walk there but far enough away to feel less crowded. Also within walking distance to Tsukiji market.

Comfortable, organised and friendly hotel at a good price. We appreciated the friendly service and free bag hold so we could explore before/ after check in/ out without our heavy bags. The room is small but extremely functional with everything you need. The bed was comfortable with a feather duvet, soft sheets and comfortable pillows. We were given clean towels every day and you can have your room “made up” every day too. Excellent location for fish markets, Ginza and central Tokyo! Really good value for money, we would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely first experience in Tokyo 😊

Good location

Two nights at this hotel. Very good location. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the air conditioning was not working properly and was dusty and moldy. The room was stinky. I asked the hotel for fixing the issue, which was done quickly. The room was small but ok for the price. The restaurant of the hotel was closed and it was not mentionned on hotels.com website.
