The Dolores holiday villa is located in Tisno on the Dalmatian coast between Zadar and Ć ibenik (near Vodice).
It is about 80 meters from Villa Dolores to the sea. From the Terrsass of the apartment you have a wonderful view over the town of Tisno, the bridge that connects the mainland with the island of Murter and the island of Murter opposite.
A picturesque bathing bay with a fine pebble beach is within walking distance. On the opposite island of Murter there is also a wonderful beach in a campsite / apartment complex, which can be reached by car, bike or boat in a few minutes.
The house is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in Tisno.
Shopping or Restaurants can be easily reached in just a few minutes on foot. There are 3 apartments with approx. 60 mÂČ living space, 2 bedrooms and approx. 15 mÂČ balconies, as well as a penthouse with approx. 120 mÂČ and a approx. 40 mÂČ terrace with a wonderful sea view and three bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet ,

Great place, but things could be improved
This is a great flat in a beautiful location, however if you can't handle lots of steps carrying your suitcases, this flat is not for you. Good points; wonderful view, beautiful location, short walk into town and to a fabulous restaurant.
Things that could easily be improved; Check in process - we had problems finding the flat. The street numbering is very odd and the sign on the property denoting the number is on the opposite side of the post to the direction of travel from the place where you have to pick up the keys, which is a 5 minute cab ride away, so it's not visible until you've passed it and happen to look behind you. Also, it is then the bottom flat (no. 3) of 3 or 4 flats at the property, however there is no number on the door of the flat itself, which is extremely unhelpful when you are hot and lugging a massive suitcase up and down a load of steps. All this hassle could have been avoided if we had been escorted to the property at check in. In addition, although the property description states it has an oven, it certainly does not. It also doesn't have a grill or microwave. So if you were wanting to go self-catering, you will find this property restrictive. There was also no frying pan provided . Finally, the towels provided were very old and worn and the sheets on the beds had old stains on them. These items are not particularly expensive and so there really is no excuse for not replacing them regularly when they get a bit tired.

Die Lage von Ferienwohnungen ist gut
Wir haben in August fĂŒr 9 NĂ€chte eine Wohnung Nummer 3 im Haus 35e gemietet und wahren von Lage diese Wohnung mit Terrasse begeistert aber ein paar Punkte gehen ĂŒberhaupt nicht.
Am Tag der Anreise nach 16 Stunden im Auto mĂŒssten wir feststellen das man mit uns nicht gerechnet hat, trotzdem das ich nach Geld ĂŒberweisen mit EigentĂŒmer geschrieben hab und gefragt hab ob alles nach Plan lĂ€uft und Buchung durch ist und mir wurde die Buchung bestĂ€tigt, sind wir um 18 Uhr angekommen und die Wohnung wahr noch nicht fertig ( Check in ab 16 Uhr) also wurde es nur ein wenig gewischt, eine halbe Stunde. Waschmaschine fĂŒr drei Wohnungen und ist auch noch stĂ€ndig in FĂŒhler gegangen E20. Parken ist eine Katastrophe. Wasserhahn in der KĂŒche defekt, kommt kaum Wasser raus.
Der Urlaub selbst wahr gut nur in diesen Haus mitten wir nichts mehr.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen MÀngeln
SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe erfolgte problemlos und wir bekamen alle Infos und Lageplan des Apartments. Die Angaben und Bilder zum Appartement stimmten mit dem Inserat ĂŒberein. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden obwohl kleine MĂ€ngel zu erwĂ€hnen sind. Die Ausstattung war nicht vollstĂ€ndig fĂŒr die Anzahl der Personen die untergebracht sind, so mussten wir zu fĂŒnft mit 3 Gabeln auskommen. Auch fehlten diverse Utensilien, was aber nicht schlimm war. Der Elektrogrill ist leider nicht zu gebrauchen, da zu verschmutzt. Nicht alle Herdplatten waren funktionsfĂ€hig und auch die Pfanne weisst Benutzerspuren auf. Herr baric der Verwalter hat uns so gut wie möglich unterstĂŒtzt, auch als die SpĂŒle repariert werden musste. Relativ StrandnĂ€he, bzw. In wenigen Minuten Entfernung gibt es schöne StrĂ€nde zum Baden. Die Restaurants in der NĂ€he des Apartments können nur empfohlen werden. Auch kleine SupermĂ€rkte nicht weit entfernt. Fazit: schönes Apartment, deren Ausstattung ĂŒberprĂŒft bzw.aufgepeppt werden sollte, dann wĂ€re es optimal gewesen. FĂŒr Leute mit BewegungseinschrĂ€nkung nicht gut zugĂ€nglich da viele Stufen zu steigen sind.
