The staff was good the hotel was run down there were people smoking crack in between the doors. Nothing is like walking into a smoke cloud of crack. Also the hotel was very outdated. It wasn’t very clean and the bed seemed to be broken. We didn’t even end up staying it was so horrible. Also we didn’t get a refund because we already booked in.

The stay started with the parking garage being alamos impossible to park in. It’s very small. Everything on the at is is either broken or looks broken, doors etc. Once I checked in and headed to my room, I walked into “my room” to a man already in the room laying in his underwear. Completely not acceptable. Upon going to the lobby the desk clerk ease baffled how the mistake could happen. Gave me a new room. But my key didn’t work. So I had to go back once again for a key. Once I got into the room. It was run down and not worth the price we paid. Overall, disappointed
