Location was great for me. Across the street from my son’s school.

I have stayed at Los Altos during multiple occasions so I didn't expect 5-star service or luxury accommodations, but the service and conditions during my last stay were just beyond disappointing. It started off with the receptionist saying there were no vacancies, when in fact, there were, but we were forced to book online to be able to stay. Then, the parking was saturated, so we were forced to leave our keys with an attendant if we wanted to have parking garage. It was loud throughout the night. The worst part though, was the disgusting condition of the bathroom, with its dirty curtains and its rusted drain. Very gross. We weren't given water bottles that come with the room. We had to go ask for them. We got one complimentary miniature size shampoo/conditioner for two people. The linen had holes and stains. Very beyond gross.

It’s noisy you can hear a lot of people all day and night specially with all the people from Central America when I first checked in there was like 50 people from Guatemala standing out side it looked like prison and there’s no! WiFi

The hotel is actually a sex hotel. They rent the rooms by the hour. The ad says it has breakfast included. But the staff said they never serve breakfast and it is not included. So there was some false advertising. It’s in a very bad neighborhood wait from the center of Tijuana. I ended up spending enough money on Uber that I could have stayed in a really nice place in downtown. We had a friend come pick us up and the staff followed him to our room to make sure he did not enter and said it seven times that we could not have a guest enter our room.

Nice hotel to stay parking gets pretty crazy if you are going out at night room staff are friendly rooms are ok for price 3rd floor has poor hot water

Horrible hotel cannot get anybody to fix water and there’s roaches

So far one of the worst hotels I’ve been to it’s super noisy the staff are very rude and I room had sheets that were dirty totally a bad experience

This is not a hotel, it's a motel since all the rooms face into the parking lot. It is incredibly loud outside and you can hear people's conversations and as they walk past your room. The blanket had burn holes in it from cigerrates and scuff marks from shoes. We had two standing plug in fans and they were broken at the base, so i couldn't use them. When we arrived, the woman couldn't find our reservation and after 30 minutes she finally said she found it after asking us to pay cash. The other terrible part is at night.. there is only one way in and out and they stuff the entire parking lot with cars so you can't even get out.. i had a flight to catch in the early am and it took the guy 45 minutes to move 12 cars so i could leave. This is by far the worst experience i've ever had anywhere.

You have to leave a deposit for tv control also i ask for a ironed not available they said it was broken when I wanted to move my car all ways block because they don't have pleanty of space for the guest

DID NOT RESPECT MY RESERVATION. THE HOTEL WAS ADVERTISING AT $ 200.00 PESOS AND THERE WERE DRUG ADDICTS OUTSIDE AND PROSTITUTES. VERY DANGEROUS PLACE. DO NOT RESERVE HERE EVER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY.
