I wouldn't know the front desk messages me around 10:30 asking me when I would be checking in I informed them I was on my way I still had to cross the border so I couldn't give a exact time of arrival they informed me the front desk would close at 12"00 I was inspected at the border but I arrived at 11:57 the security guard told me the front was closed so no check in.. So I had to find another hotel to get a room for the night

I really enjoy staying here. I feel safe it’s clean and comfortable. Downside is you pay $9 cash to park and there is an arcade so it can be a little noisy for some. Other than that it’s close to everything so I will be back.

Have stayed at Hotel One Grand Plaza over 10 times in the last year. I made my reservation almost two months in advance. When I arrived on 2/14/2026 I was told my reservation had been canceled due to company policy, since I arrived around 9pm, that since I had booked through Expedia that they could not honor my reservation. I Had to find another place to stay where I wasn’t able to sleep, and just to add to my horrible trip, lost my Ipad at this other place I stayed. Have been using Expedia forever and had never experienced something like this. Not even mad about the experience, more so disappointed and will have to watch out every time in the future when booking my trips.
