The balcony offers an impressive view. The condo is largely functional. One item to keep in mind is that the fitness room/gym and the third floor pool/jacuzzi are exclusively for owners and residents and not for those renting. Which is unfortunate since the vrbo listing lists the fitness room/gym as an amenity.
