Room was very spacious, lots of room for the kiddos to run around. Breakfast via voucher was an awesome standard breakfast. View was nice of the marina.

I thought the old Hotel would be a great experience. No place to eat and everyone seemed like so "High". Room next door had a crying child left alone. Homeless people on bridge drunk.

What a historic hotel to stay in for a night! Heavy, solid doors, it is outdated but historic. Very spacious room.

Bring ear plugs.

This hotel, unfortunately, did not live up to expectations. The walls are paper thin so you’ll need earplugs to mask sounds from neighbouring rooms. There was no attention to basic detail by hotel staff. The bathroom sink drained slowly, bathroom light did not work, extremely dirty carpets by the elevator and unclear parking lot exit instructions. Overall, this hotel could have been so much more.

Thunder Bay Gem - Prince Arthur Hotel

Very spacious and cozy room. Beautiful view of Lake Superior! While the hotel is situated in an area that is a little rough, there was an on-site very proactive security guard and the very large and fully fenced in parking lot easily accommodated my pickup truck and attached boat. Highly recommend!

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in recent memory - do not book it. The room was old and dirty, with spiders hanging from the ceiling. They gave away our queen bed room, and the elevator was broken. The guests across from us partied loudly in the hall until 5 am - and the hotel did nothing to stop it. The walls were so thin (again, old dingy hotel) that I could hear the people in other rooms getting drunk and high. I was there with my 3 children - and we were all afraid for our safety throughout the stay. Avoid if possible.

Looked a little aged, but very nice hotel. Lost a little bit due only one small elevator that was working (other one under repair.) Enjoyed the view and our room was nice

Homeless people looking into cars.we felt unsafe. Why are you allowing this to happen…the stairwell floors were discusting…the elevator was so close to the back stairs it was dangerious. air conditioner was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. The place was a dump. When we pulled into the back of the place we were immediately approached by a bum looking for cigs… we would like our money back but we realize that’s never going to happen…tks for the worst hotel we ever stayed in and we paid more than any other hotel including holiday inn and suites
