Not a bad hotel but not great. The location is not at all there is a Starbucks rite in front and a lil shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. A few things like trying to open the gate with the key card was frustrating didn't work correctly took many tries. Our heater in the room would blow warm air for about a minute then just blow cold air until you shut it off and back on then another two minutes or so of warm air. For some reason it smelled musty when we walked in wife sprayed it down with body spray and fixed it some.

Was in town for a wedding, very easy to get around. Breakfast was not free and grounds are being updated, but otherwise great

The hotel is very nice and in a good area. The room was spacious and clean when we arrived. The balcony is a nice bonus.

Wasn't at the hotel much, just there to shower and sleep, the rooms were clean, room was quiet, and easily accessible from the highway. I will stay here on my next trip to see my son.

Great location. Close to shopping malls, movie theaters, & restaurants. The pool was great. Heated. Bed was very comfortable & clean room.

Good, clean, quiet. Would recommend for business or pleasure. Staff was polite and helpful.

I travel a lot! The hotel was standard for the brand. It had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and coffee/tea available in the room. There's a pool and vending machines for snacks and drinks. A voucher for breakfast was included. These are amenities I could care less about. But the bed was comfortable, nice sheets, bathroom was clean, the furnishing were tasteful. It is located right off the freeway and a good location to catch a performance at the Civic Arts Plaza and spend the night afterwards, which is the reason I came to Thousand Oaks. The refrigerator noise was a little annoying, though.

Really enjoyed this pace, cannot remember encountering a more helpful or friendly staff. Just a great place I hope to stay again.

Hotel is strategically located by the 101 in Thousand Oaks at a walking distance of The Oaks mall and Janss Marketplace.

Hotel sign needs to be raised or bushes in front of it pruned. We drove right by it and didn't see the sign.

We booked this because it was a great deal, and in a good location. When we got there we were very pleasantly surprised? Great place, great rooms, can't believe how friendly and great the hotel staff was! Highly recommend.

TO Inn is close to my office in Westlake Village and conveniently located next to the Janns shopping center, restaurants and Rite Aid and CVS, which are all within walking distance. I really enjoy staying there when I'm in town for work.

still under renovation, no dinning area, no lounge area,

My room was perfect, the bed was so comfortable that I knew I needed to get a new matrices when I got home. The room was cleaned everyday with out fail and everything replenished. The TV was a large flat screen and worked great. The personal was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was also great, not only the usual continental items, but you could order bacon and eggs or french toast. I'll will stay here again.

Very relaxing for a pit stop to get some car repairs taken care of while traveling in Calif. request a rm with no freeway view! Well worth the upgrade.

I really enjoyed my stay here, in fact I extended my stay for another week. The staff were nice especially the cleaning crew. Great job! I felt really safe the environment was secure.

This was second stay at hotel for business. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the daily breakfast and happy hour specials (and live music) on Friday at the onsite restaurant. Good stay overall!

I would say perfect ten.Very nice ,courteous staff and excellent breakfast.

The on-site tapas restaurant was surprisingly good, although the choice of wines by the glass was rather limited. Complimentary breakfast and internet access were a definite plus, especially for the very reasonable room rate.

The hotel overall was nice, but it is right by the freeway - so there is constant traffic noise - on the positive side - it is easy to find and convenient. There was a brown out for about three hours while we were there - which was a hassle.

Thank you for your feedback. We will address the "musty" smell with our staff to ensure it is addresses before rooms are rented. With the cold weather here, we will have every heater unit checked to ensure that heating is not an issue for anyone else. For the keys we are looking into newer technology. There are a couple of options, and we're working through their advantages as well as challenges with their systems. We hope to have a new key system installed to replace magnetic keycards by the end of 2017.
