Bathroom tiles have black mold growing. TV has no signal. The room needs a facelift. The public bathroom at the hotel looks better than the one in our room.

I selected this hotel for its relative proximity to the airport. It is about a 20 minute drive from BKK. The staff took the care to email regarding the pool being under maintenance during my stay. I would like to try another stay at the hotel once the pool is operational again. The room was spacious and had a comfortable nook for reading.

If you're attracted by 137 pillars' reputation in Chiang-mai, you might need to adjust expectation level towards its new presence in Bangkok. The residence meets basic standard of service apartment, well-furnitured & spacious; but it lacks of the soul. Staff are friendly, and quite a number of them. But I don't really feel the sincereness. Breakfast lowers the score in particular. Poor choice of food. Rooftop pool is really stunning! However, there's barely sunshine during daytime.

Its where i stay normally when in Bangkok. Big clean comfortable rool and a very nice rooftop pool and sauna. Great location walkable to Restaurants and Pubs

Quiet at night since it is off the main road, Sukhumvit. Tuktuk provided by hotel to drop off and pick up at Sukhumvit. Short walk to BTS-Emporium. Nice water pressure rain shower head. Spacious room for 3 adults. Bathroom is clean, but not immaculate. Washer/dryer great for small loads. Only use 1 tablespoon powder detergent. Hangers available from housekeeping to hang clothes to dry in the bathroom. Dryer is hot and may shrink cotton garments. Staff are very nice. Breakfast daily was tasty with a large selection and an egg station. It's a nice home away from home. The food at the restaurant for lunch/dinner was good, too. The room had a nice view of city buildings at night. We will choose this place to stay on our next visit.
