My room had dirty sheets and blankets no tissue in the bathroom and the entire room had to be cleaned wall switch was dirty and lamps and fixtures was rusted.. was unable to use the jacuzzi because i was unsure about it being cleaned and sanitary

For starters there was a hurricane on the day of our reservation and I tried calling multiple times the day prior and they kept saying a manager will call me back but that never happened. I was basically forced to drive through a hurricane or lose my money. The fact that the manager never called back not even an apology was very unethical. Then once we were there room was extremely small and the smell of cigarettes in the hallways was disgusting. The towels were ripped. The indoor pool looks like a hot tub and the pool was a kiddie pool 3 ft deep only. Definitely false advertising and paid way too much for what we got. Will not be back to this place.

First room we were assigned smelled moldy/musky. Staff assigned a new room. The smell was better. However-mold on the ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Ceiling tiles were falling out. Carpet really needs to be replaced or at the least shampooed. We have an 8 year old and his feet were filthy just from walking on the carpet. The screen door to the balcony was broken-wouldn’t lock and would come off the track. Pool was absolutely freezing…I know not really the fault of the hotel but ice cold in August. Couldn’t even swim. Staff-Vivian was great!

The comfortable beds were appreciated. Check in was not great as we found a hole in the wall of the bathroom where a hook would have been. The TV remote was missing and they gave us others to try which also were non working. After asking us to wait until morning to have the problem fixed they did send a maintenance man
