Really great staff, a game to play on check-in (I won a shot!), room had coffee maker with coffee bags, large fridge and microwave. Bathroom was pretty boring but other than that it had everything you could want. Location was a bit out in the sticks and a 10 min walk to the bus stop. But other than that it was brilliant.

Hi, Before my booking I paid all the taxes and city tax but when I checked in 15th of August I get charged 83.50 euro tax and city tax. The receptionist told me if I am on paying this amount I will not able to check in the hotel. It’s quite heartbreaking for myself, I could not understand that hidden cost for which purpose I have been charged for??? I will be very happy if I got refund this amount as soon as possible. No air conditioning

The room was small and a bit dated. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, so it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep. It’s okay for a one-night stay. On the plus side, there was a microwave, and the staff were friendly.

The photos on this property does not do justice to its level of horribleness. The asking price is far from what is being offered—it’s overly priced! No A/C in 23 degree weather with no airflow created a smelly sauna from their room. And there is no response from their management with inadequate staff at the property. I advise against this choice.

The staff are so warm and accommodating, friendly too. The venue is just right for my family's need of a suite. Nearby shops, near the transit, quiet night for resting, far from the crowded areas.

Such lovely staff, we were greeted by a friendly face and great service. The hotel is well situated for a walk or short bus ride into the city. There are games and entertainment in the foyer downstairs and there is a great atmosphere. Our bedroom was clean and spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

The Teleport was perfect for what I needed - a clean room for the night, tea / coffee facilities, and a comfortable bed. As you know, it's situated in an unattractive part of town...which did not matter to me because all I wanted was an early night. The receptionist was charming, warm and efficient . Many thanks. All in all it was very good value for money.
