Hotel is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right out the door. Staff is very friendly and speak English. We originally booked two nights. Wanted to extend our trip one night without searching for a new hotel. Asked the reception girl and she said nothing available and left it at that. A little frustrating but found a room online and purchased for this same hotel. Didn't have to move which was good. Our bathroom smelt like sewer drain but we weren't in room enough and kept the door shut. Room was clean otherwise. Construction is going on above the hotel. Let me tell you it wakes the entire hotel up!!!! Made grumpy mornings for our two small kids who needed the extra sleep. Opted to buy breakfast in hotel. No complaints but there are places right next door if you prefer that.

Very nice hotel, service excellent, breakfast with a lot of option especially for the kids, the location was great in the center of the city, you can walk and enjoy the city, the passage in the near areas was very nice wish small shops and coffees

Great location. The hotel has very friendly staff who speak very good English. The rooms are clean and the mattress superb! {room 314}. We had a connecting door to the next room but unfortunately our children were in the room the opposite way! I don't know if it wasn't possible to have the connecting room or if it wasn't thought of but it is something I will think to ask for next time. The breakfast choice was great, plenty of different options to keep everyone happy. The garage parking was fine as we have a regular sized car but any large car would struggle. We stayed 2 nights and we could opt to not have our room cleaned for a €5 voucher to spend in the bar/ restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights during a short break. The hotel was frantically located in the centre of town to access train stations and trams for us to travel the west of the Netherlands. From this base we easily reached Rotterdam, Delf, Amsterdam, Leiden & Keukenhof. The hotel is a good quality Novotel - with the features and design you would come to expect from any Novotel hotel. We would highly recommend.

The geographic situation of this City Center Novotel is excellent. But staff is not. They seem absent minded and not much concerned about custumers needs. One example: having waited fir my turn at the front desk the elder woman asks me in a friendly manner about my needs. I start speaking and explaining. Having finished my sentence, she looks at me with a smile "Sorry I didn't listen". Breakfast is not worth the 20 Euros asked per person, quality lacks just as choice. But you can find in the same mall the Novotel is located 2 good breakfast cafés offering better quality at half the price. Rooms, we has 421, are very spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately the rooms need some renovation. Headlight on right side of bed is out of order, souptray in shower misses just two holes in wall show where it should be. The once orange fabric of the chairs has turned to partially grey because of dirt. Beds offer good comfort, soaps, gels and other products provided ate of good quality. Daily cleaning of rooms are quite superficial especially in bathroom. The parkinglot under the hotel is extremly narrow, so that once we managed to fit in our car we prefered taxi to get arround pur 4 days in The Hague. Hotelstaff has no idea to who belong cars blocking exits and space so that you risk not to get out your car at all when you need it.

This is a very central hotel. Could not be more convenient, the location is excellent. The staff were brilliant - they were really helpful. The rooms were clean and fine. The car parking is under the building, which was interesting to get in to! With so many great food options nearby we didn't eat in the hotel.

I travelled to The Hague for business, and I couldn't be more pleased I chose this hotel. My coworker and I both agreed that the location of this hotel was ideal--close to great restaurants, museums, public transport, and IN the Passage. I found that everyone who worked the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious (even by American standards) and clean. The breakfast buffet for 10€ was more than adequate for a convenient, quick meal before work. If I were to travel to The Hague again, I would stay at the Novotel.

Always apleasure to stay her. the Hotel is very centeral, the rooms are great, teh staff are great and the gym has an incredible view of the Roof top City. I would not consider to stay anywhere else when visiting Den Haag. One of my favourite Hotels.

We were 2 families who were staying here. We enjoyed the stay here. It was in the centre of the city and pretty cheap for the area. Without even requesting they had given us a connecting room which was a very good gesture. Would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel as the name suggests in the center of the city. The rooms are rather small and simple. The hotel is quite kids friendly. Saturday night they had movie for children. Also play area is reserved for children. I think for the price, overall value is pretty good as long as expectation are not high.
